2. How long will we have the venue, including set-up and clean-up time?
3. Do we need to provide insurance, or does the venue carry a policy?
4. How many people can comfortably fit at the venue?
5. Do you offer rain cover? Heaters?
6. What is your parking situation? Will guests have to pay for parking?
7. Do you charge corkage/cake cutting fees?
8. What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
